Sebenernya udah 2 kali coba resep ini..Lebaran kemaren coba sampai 3 resep, tapi kok rasanya kering..ternyata oh ternyata..aku salah catet resepnya..jadi minyaknya ku catet cuma 75 ml....padahal harusnya 175 ml. Kemaren Lebaran sampai ku jadikan bola bola coklat yang di tambah susu kental manis dan di gulingkan ke coklat meises biar enak, abis kering banget. Jadi udah ku lewatkan aja resep ini..ku masukkan kategori tidak layak di buat lagi..hehe. Tapi baca review dari yang pada coba nich resep kok bilang enak dan moist..penasaranlah daku coba lagi..ternyata oh ternyata..kurang minyaknya. Kemaren udah coba lagi dan minyak sesuai takaran..hasilnya ..bener2 moist..lembut dan gak neg......jadi..sekarang resepnya harus ku post di blog..biar gak lupa resep dan sedikit ini itu yang ku kurangi dan ku tambahin.
Bahan-bahan:
Telur 6 butir
Gula 225 gram ( aku 200 gram saja )
Vanili secukupnya ( 1/2 sdk teh )
Garam secukupnya
Emulsifier 1/2 sdt teh
Terigu 125 gram, ayak, aduk rata dg coklat bubuk
Coklat bubuk 50 gram, ayak, aduk rata dg terigu
Minyak 175 ml
Dark Cooking Cokelat 100 gram, lelehkan, campur dg minyak
Susu Kental Manis (SKM) 75 ml ( 4 sachet coklat kental manis coklat )
Petunjuk
Kocok telur dan gula hingga mengembang, masukkan campuran tepung terigu dan cokelat bubuk. Aduk perlahan hingga rata.
Masukkan campuran minyak dan DCC, aduk hingga rata.
Sisihkan sepertiga bagian adonan, beri SKM, aduk rata.
Bagi 2 adonan tanpa SKM,
bagian I kukus selama 10 menit,
tambahkan adonan dg SKM selama 10 menit,
terakhir masukkan adonan sisa tanpa SKM,
lanjutkan mengukus selama kurleb 20 menit.
Karena males ngukus berlayer2..maunya cepet..haha..akhirnya kemaren ku tambah aja semua adonan susu kental manis coklat..biar moistnya rata dan ngukusnya sekaligus....... hasilnya tetep enak kok..tambah moist malahan ..
